Every connection between the app and our servers uses TLS encryption. Your login credentials and transaction data are never sent in plain text over any network.

Account Recovery

If you lose your device, log in from any browser, go to Account Security, and end all active app sessions immediately. Your balance and history are stored server-side, not on the device.

Biometric Binding

Your fingerprint or Face ID is bound to your device, not stored on our servers. A new device requires full credential login before biometric access is enabled again.

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA in Account Settings. Every new device login sends a verification code to your registered number before the session opens, adding a second check beyond your password.

Login Speed

The app opens your session with a fingerprint tap. A mobile browser requires you to type credentials each visit unless you save them, and some browsers clear saved passwords on update.

Push Notifications

The app sends real-time alerts for live tables, match moments and withdrawals. A mobile browser cannot send push alerts unless you grant site notification permission, which most browsers limit.

Offline Lobby Preview

The app caches your favourite rooms and recent history so the lobby loads even with a weak signal. A browser requires a live connection to render any part of the lobby.

Deposit Flow

In-app quick deposit is three taps. On a mobile browser you navigate to the cashier page, which adds extra steps and occasionally redirects before confirming a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction.

Screen Layout

The app is built for portrait and landscape mobile use. The mobile browser renders a responsive version of the desktop site, which works but is not optimised for one-handed navigation.
